Print on Demand

Using POD: User Accounts

Creating a new user account

1. Choose "Request an account" from the home page.

2. Choose your county office or enter your last name
If you are in a county office, choose your county from the list on the left (County EFNEP users included). If you are not in a county office, type your last name in the space provided at right.

3. Choose your name.

4. Leave Print on Demand and check your e-mail.
A message titled "Print on Demand Account Request" will be sent to the e-mail account associated with your name in the CAES Personnel Directory. This email has a token that you will need to copy-and-paste into the next screen.

5. Go to the URL provided in the email from the Print on Demand system.
Copy-and-paste the e-mail token into the provided space and click submit.

6. The "Account Information Request Form" should open.
Enter the username you'd like to use and a password following the provided guidelines. Indicate how you will be using the system and click "Submit".

  • If you are the designated POD user for your county, choose "county personnel".
  • If you are an EFNEP agent or EFNEP program assistant, choose "EFNEP personnel".
  • If you will be using the system for administrative purposes, choose "state personnel".

7. Log in and begin using the system
  • County Personnel - your account is immediately associated with your county office and county POD allotment.
  • County EFNEP Personnel - your account will be active but restricted from ordering until approval by either the EFNEP accountant or System Administrator.
  • State Personnel - your account will be active but restricted until appropriate permissions are given by the System Administrator.

Forget password/username

If you forget your password, choose "Forget your password?" on the home page. This will lead you through screens very similar to account creation.

A URL will be sent to the email associated with your name in the Personnel Directory.

Go to the URL provided in the email and follow the directions to change your password.

  • You WILL need your username to recover your password.
  • If you cannot remember your username, contact the System Administrator to retrieve it. Please contact ochelp@uga.edu, with the subject line "Forgot POD username". Include your name, county and email address in the body of the email.

Permission for special role

The System Administrator will be notified if any new non-county accounts are created (including EFNEP). If your role in the system is not apparent, the System Administrator will contact you to determine your role. You will be notified when your permissions have been set.
