Weather and Climate
No matter how agriculture changes, one thing stays the same: weather can dictate crop success or failure. It also influences decisions about livestock, home and commercial landscaping, city planning and just about anything outdoors.
The UGA College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences can’t change the weather, but technology and quick thinking can help decision makers interpret its influence. Here are some examples of how the College analyses, interprets and teaches the science of weather and climate for Georgians.
