Scholarships
Financial assistance for undergraduates comes from a variety of sources and may be in the form of scholarships, workships or loans. Along with the HOPE scholarship, there are many scholarships available.
College-Wide Scholarships
Each year the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences(CAES) awards scholarships to students enrolled in our majors. Eligibility and selection criteria vary by scholarship. These scholarships are due March 1.
CAES Alumni Association Scholarships
The CAES Alumni Association awards several scholarships to incoming freshman and transfer students annually. To qualify for these scholarships a student must be a Georgia resident.
Multicultural Scholarships
The College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences is offering five scholarships for first year minority students pursuing majors in the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences.
Amount: up to $6,000 per year for 4 years
When: Scholarships are available for Fall 2009.

Departmental Scholarships
Many academic departments within the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences offer scholarships to students seeking a major within their department. Information regarding these departmental scholarships may be found by visiting the departmental websites.
International Travel Scholarships
International travel scholarships are available to support CAES student travel to study abroad programs and international internship programs. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis from December 15 to February 13 or until funds have been awarded.
University-Wide Scholarships
The University of Georgia grants financial assistance to all students who qualify. Visit the UGA Office of Student Financial Aid for more information.
