Awards Ceremony

 

Annual event to honor Griffin Campus employees with Employee of the Year Awards and other awards of excellence, certificates of service, and recognition of individual and campus-wide accomplishments.

Agroforestry & Wildlife Field Day

 

Field day may include demonstration sites and discussions on plantings for wildlife, pond management, pest control, habitat restoration, timber stand management, wetlands protection, endangered species protection, reforestation techniques, and privet, kudzu and bermudagrass control.

Turfgrass Field Day

 

Bi-annual event (even years) is designed for all individuals interested in turfgrass management including people involved in. golf course management; park and recreation departments; school grounds maintenance; professional lawn care; landscape architecture; garden centers; and institutional grounds management.
