Spring 2009 Graduates
Seventeen students graduated with four-year degrees from the UGA Tifton Campus. A reception for the graduates was held on Sunday, May 3 at the UGA Tifton Campus Conference Center.

The following students majored in agriscience and environmental systems and received a bachelor of science in agriculture: Ryan Andrews of Cairo, Brice Crawford of Concord, Dustin Engel of Blythe, Abraham Fulmer of Covington, Derek Heath of Adrian, Lee Henthorn of Sparks, Josh Markham of Tifton, Cruz Olalde of Tifton, Will Powers of Watkinsville, Jesse Thompson of Albany, Perry White of Pearson and Travis Woodard of Davisboro.
Students that majored in agricultural education and received a bachelor of science in agriculture included: Jeci Crane of Hinesville, Jonathan Hardeman of Mount Vernon, Casey Horton of Rhine, Brittany New of Stuart, Fla., and Erin Vickers of Hoboken.
Speakers at the reception included Scott Angle, UGA CAES dean and director; Jean Bertrand, CAES assistant dean of academic affairs; Joe West, CAES assistant dean of Tifton; Laura Perry-Johnson, southwest Georgia 4-H program coordinator; and graduating senior Brittany New.
