Agricultural & Applied Economics: Alumni
Lecture Opportunities
Students and faculty in the Agricultural and Applied Economics Department want to hear from practicing Agricultural Economists. As a member of the Agricultural Economics Association of Georgia, an alumnus of the Department, or a friend, you may be able to help bridge the gap between the real world of agribusiness and the classroom. You may want to invite a class or group of students and faculty to your place of business to show students the complexities of modern agricultural production, marketing, processing and distribution. Alternatively, you may want to come to the University of Georgia in Athens, GA to lecture to a class(es) on your area of expertise. Faculty would be happy to work around your schedule so that the activity would be convenient for you.
