Improvement Fund
The Agricultural Economics Improvement Fund makes it possible to offer many events in the Department that promote learning in economics and the intellectual exchange of ideas. Events sponsored by this fund include:
• J.W. Fanning Lecture series
• Rod Ziemer Lecture series
• Award ceremonies
• Receptions for many events
• Graduate student activities
Scholarships
Endowments for scholarships help qualified students gain access to the Department’s outstanding educational programs. New scholarships are being established to honor outstanding teachers and leaders. Other scholarships honoring distinguished agricultural and applied economists would help attract top students and strengthen the department's academic program. Private support of the following scholarships is critical and greatly appreciated.
