Agricultural and Applied Economics: Academics: Undergraduate: Scholarships
Tate Brookins Memorial Endowment
Tate Brookins is fondly remembered as an overachiever who "always did the right thing." The Tate Brookins Memorial Endowment established by his parents, Frank and Ann Brookins, provides young men and women in Agricultural and Applied Economics the opportunity to gain an education and to enrich their academic experiences at the University of Georgia. Tate, a 1994 Georgia graduate with a BSA in Agricultural Economics, lost his life in 1998, at the age of 27.
