Georgia 4-H Mission 
The mission of Georgia 4-H is to assist youth in acquiring knowledge, developing life skills, and forming attitudes that will enable them to become self-directing, productive and contributing members of society. This mission is accomplished through "hands-on" learning experiences, focused on agricultural and environmental issues, agricultural awareness, leadership, communication skills, food and nutrition, health, energy conservation and citizenship.
What is 4-H?
Georgia 4-H, a partner in public education, is youth and adults learning, growing and working together to experience and accomplish new directions.
4-H Emblem

The emblem is a four-leaf clover with the letter "H" on each leaf. The letters in the emblem represent Head, Heart, Hands and Health. Use of the emblem is approved per regulations by the state 4-H office.

Georgia 4-H Centers
The University of Georgia 4-H program has five centers for education located in different areas of the state. Each center offers 4-H Environmental Education and Summer Camp.
