Georgia 4-H General Eligibility Rules
The 4-H program year begins on August 1 and ends on July 31.
The ages for enrollment in 4-H will be based on the age of youth as of January 1 of the academic year.
Example: A 4-H'er must be less than 19 on 1-1-12 to participate from 8-1-11 to 7-31-12.

4-H meetings for the new year will begin in September 2011. As soon as schedules are available, they will be posted on the web so parents are informed as to dates and times of meetings. Cloverleaf Club is 5th & 6th grade, Junior Club is 7th & 8th grade, and Senior Club is 9th -12th grade.

Celebrate National 4-H Week....October 2- 8, 2011 Okefenokee Festival Pumpkin Contest is Saturday, Oct. 8.Bring your decorated pumpkin to the 4-H booth before 9:00 AM so it can be judged.
The new 4-H year has kicked off and we are excited at the events that will be offered this year.
