Events and Activities

Cloverleafs - 5th & 6th Grades

5th Grade - Monthly club meetings have resumed for the school year. 5th grade students meet during an academic class period. For a schedule of monthly meetings, please view our 4-H Calendars.

6th Grade - Students meet during their connections class time.

Cloverleaf County Project Achievement

CPA for all Athens-Clarke County 4-H'ers in the 5th and 6th grades will be held Saturday, January 23rd at Clarke Middle School. Demonstrations for the Cloverleaf division will be from 9:30 am until 12:00 noon. The demonstrations can be from any of the 64 4-H project areas and the demonstrations should not last more than 6 minutes.

CPA is a fun opportunity to compete for trips and awards, meet other 4-H'ers and learn more about different projects. Winners at CPA will travel to Rock Eagle 4-H Center to represent Athens-Clarke County at District Project Achievement scheduled for February 13, 2010.

Juniors - 7th & 8th Grades

Portfolio Information

4-H'ers who wish to compete in DPA must complete a portfolio related to their project.

Please choose a project from the Junior Project list.

Seniors - 9th through 12th Grades

December Meeting - Our meeting will be Wednesday, December 16 from 6:30 - 7:30 at the 4-H Office. Please bring holiday goodies for tins and a gag or "white elephant" gift.

Senior Portfolios: 4-H'ers who wish to compete in DPA must complete a portfolio related to their project. Please choose a project from the Senior Project List.

Fall Forum - this statewide conference is held each year at Rock Eagle for 9th through 12th grade 4-H'ers. It will be Saturday and Sunday, December 12 & 13. The $65 registration fee is due at the 4-H office by Tuesday, November 24. For more details please view the Fall Forum flyer.

For every 4-H activity or event, 4-H'ers are required to submit a Code of Conduct form and a Medical Release formed signed by a parent or guardian. Click below for the forms.
