Hog Show 2007Chase Palmer was an outstanding young man and 4-H’er.  Chase was tragically killed in an automobile accident in 2003.  He was involved in Colquitt County 4-H and in the Southwest District 4-H programs.  Chase believed in the 4-H motto of “Making the Best Better.”  He enjoyed all areas of 4-H, especially summer camp.  Chase’s parents, Mr. & Mrs. Frank Palmer established this scholarship to be given each year to a deserving 4-H’er.
