ServSafe Food Safety Training

UGA Extension DeKalb County offers ServSafe Food Safety trainings. ServSafe is a nationally recognized food safety course from The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.

The course will train and test foodservice managers on topics such as: potentially hazardous foods and common food handling errors; the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) system and applications to foodservice operations; proper receiving, storage and preparation of foods; and cleaning and sanitizing procedures.

The ServSafe Course will be offered on May 27th-28th at the DeKalb Extension Office.  The fee for the course is $140, which includes the exam booklet, class and testing materials. 

Please complete registration form by May 15, 2015.
