4-H Rock Eagle

Summer Activities & Camping Programs

Each summer, fun and educational activities are planned for 4-H'ers. Summer activities vary from year to year and include classes held in the county or adventurous fun and/or educational trips. In addition, a week of summer camp, coordinated by the county 4-H office, is offered for Cloverleaf 4-H'ers (4th-6th grades) at Rock Eagle 4-H Center. Junior Camp for 7th and 8th grades and Senior Camp for 9th-12th grades are offered each year at one of the 4-H camp facilities and are chaperoned by assigned 4-H leaders and volunteers who may not always be local 4-H office staff members.

Georgia 4-H Centers

The University of Georgia 4-H program has five centers for education located in different areas of the state. Each center offers 4-H Environmental Education and Summer Camp.
