Fayette County 4-H Rifle Club
The Fayette County 4-H Rifle Club is committed to providing the youth of Fayette County, GA with a safe, fun, developmental shooting sports program that will teach the life skills necessary for our youth to become productive and respected adults in the community. The club is for boys and girls that are in 5th through 12th grade.
During 4-H BB competitions, athletes take a test on general gun safety,and compete in four positions of shooting: prone, standing, sitting and kneeling.
Youth are Introductory Members until they have completed the Safety and Air Rifle Introductory Course-BB (ARI-BB). Next class starts May 5th, 2013. Forms and fees are due to the Fayette County Extension Office by May 1st, 2013.
Range Information
Practices are held at the
Ole Mill Range Complex.
The OMRC is located at the corner of N. Searcy Ave. and Broadway Street (aka Hwy 155) in Griffin, GA across from the UPS sort facility. Look for the Spalding Co. 4-H sign.
