PIRATES OF EVACUATION MAPPING
2006 National 4-H Technology and Leadership Conference

We presented the topic of "Evacuation Mapping" at the 2006 National 4-H Technology and Leadership Conference at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Our group taught youth and adults from around the country how to create evacuation maps using ESRI's ArcView 9.1 It is our hope that many communities will now have 4-H'ers assisting in emergency planning/preparedness. Thank you Chris Chapman, Glynn Co. GIS, John Catron, Glynn Co. IT Director and everyone at ESRI !
