Trash pick-up
Rivers Alive Massengale Park & Beach Sweep (partnership with Glynn Co. Girl Scouts)

Sea TurtleThis was a successful work day!  Over 50 youth and adults met at Massengale Park and picked up trash from the beach and park. Over 115 lbs. of trash was removed from St. Simons Island and an estimated 250 lbs. from the Brunswick marsh area (DNR Trail). "NEVER DOUBT THAT A SMALL GROUP OF THOUGHTFUL,
COMMITTED CITIZENS CAN CHANGE THE WORLD.
INDEED, IT IS THE ONLY THING THAT EVER HAS." -MARGARET MEAD
