Agriculture Production Meetings
We have various production meetings at the beginning of the year. We will post the dates of the meetings when they are scheduled. If you are not currently on our mailing list to receive a production meeting calendar, please call us at 377-1312 to get added to the list. Remember, you will receive pesticide credit hours for every meeting you attend!
Testing
Soil Tests - Routine soil tests are $8.00 and test for the following:
pH - Lime Requirement - Phosphorus - Potassium - Calcium - Magnesium - Zinc - Manganese
Water Tests - Basic Water Tests are $17.00 and test for the following: 
pH & Hardness - Phosphorus - Potassium - Calcium - Aluminum - Boron - Chromium - Copper - Cadmium - Iron - Magnesium - Manganese - Nickel - Silica - Sodium - Zinc
Feed & Forage Tests - Basic test is $17.00 for Hays & Silage (NIR + nitrate, e
xcluding minerals) and tests for the following:
Moisture - Neutral Detergent Fiber (NDF) - Acid Detergent Fiber (ADF) - Crude Fiber (estimated) - Crude Protein - Lignin - Nitrate - Total Digestible Nutrients (TDN)
Litter Sample Testing - There is No Charge for Litter Testing.
Private Pesticide Applicator Testing
We have a new computer program for Private Applicator Testing. You can take the test here at the Extension Office on one of our computers or you can "borrow" one of our cd's to take home and load on your own computer. Call us or stop by the office for more information on the new testing procedure.
