You MUST have these forms to attend any 4-H activity. Forms

  • Medical Form: To be completed for every 4-H activity.
  • Code of Conduct: To be completed each year. New form collections starts August 1st of the current year.

  • The Clover Connection is the Greene County 4-H newsletter. It is distributed during the in-class 4th - 8th grade 4-H meetings or by contacting our office at (706) 453-2083. Current month's version may be viewed here.

  • 4-H Ambassador Program - The Georgia 4-H Ambassador program is for high school 4-H'ers and adults interested in being part of a team trained in specific issues. 4-H Ambassadors select from the issues offered, participate in a dynamic, intense training weekend, plan individual activities to share their knowledge and represent Georgia 4-H as ambassadors in the field.  The inaugural program in 2005 boasted more than 30 youth working in their communities to make the best better.
