Junior / Senior DPA
On March 7th, 2008, seven Heard County 4-H'ers attended DPA at Rock Eagle. Pictured above are Heard County and Carroll County 4-H'ers. Heard County 4-H'ers did an outstanding job and brought home the award "Highest Percentage of Winners". Congratulations Heard County!!!



Georgia Junior National Livetstock Show
Recently in February, Dustin Cook received a trophy for Reserve Commercial Ewe, Reserve Champion Ewe and a Silver Platter for Grand Champion Georgia Born & Bred. Emily Pike and Haley Cook competed in the Pig Show. Emily placed eighth in weight class and Haley placed ninth overall in showmanship, and took third and eighth in weight classes. Great job all three of you!!!
