Cloverleaf Camp: 5th & 6th graders


2011 Summer Camp at Rock EagleGeorgia's 4-H summer camping program, administered through the county offices of UGA Cooperative Extension, offers a 4-H summer camping experience unparalleled in the nation. Over 8,000 children ages 9-19, accompanied by over 1,000 adult and teen leaders, annually descend on five unique 4-H centers for a week of camp that will be reflected upon for years to come. Every camp offers great adventure, friendshipRock Eagle Summer Camp , fun, and all seek to develop the camper's Head, Heart, Hands and Health to make him or her a better person.

If you love an out-door adventure with lots of swimming, archery, hiking, and hands-on-learning about nature then 4-H Camp is for you. Henry County 4-H Program Assistants will be bringing camp information to all 5th grade classes in January.

* Summer camp is open to Henry County fifth graders.

*Sixth graders who are current, active club members are eligible to attend.

Georgia 4-H Camps

Georgia's five 4-H centers -- Burton 4-H Center on Tybee Island, Fortson 4-H Center (Hampton, GA), Jekyll Island 4-H Center, Rock Eagle 4-H Center (Eatonton, GA) and Wahsega 4-H Center (Dahlonega, GA) -- open their doors to campers looking for an exciting summer experience. Enthusiastic and well-trained camp counselors, Extension employees and certified volunteers work together to provide campers with unforgettable memories to last a lifetime!
