Title: Managing Food Allergies-Keeping Children Safe
Description: For many children with food allergies exposure to certain foods can cause reactions from mild to severe and even death. Child care centers must have plans in place to address food allergy emergencies. In this class, you will learn how to protect children from foods to which they are allergic, to manage emergency situations related to food allergies and how to administer medication in severe cases.
2 hours training – ECE-2

ServSafe® Manager Course: 2 full days of class for managers concluding with certification exam.
Pre-registration is required. A $140.00 registration fee is required with completed registration form. Deadlines for registration are approximately 1 month before the scheduled class date. Registration form is available by clicking on the link below.
Operation EATERY: This is a one day class for employees involved in food service. Pre-registration is required. Class is FREE.
