4-H Clubs - County Council
This is a county-wide, community service based 4-H club composed of youth and adults. Some of the service projects completed by County Council members this past year include Have-A-Heart Bake-off and Aution to benefit the American Heart Association, "Santa Paws" donations for the Humane Society, and monetary donations to "Operation Boiled Peanut" to send boiled peanuts to our heroes in Iraq.

Meetings
County Council meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month beginning at 7:00 p.m., at the Lowndes County Civic Center. If you would like to received a meeting reminder contact the 4-H office to get your name on the mailing list. You may e-mail your name and complete mailing address to us at uge4185@uga.edu.

Membership Requirments
Membership is free. The only form required to join this club is a 4-H Enrollment Form (pdf). Simply complete this form and bring it with you to the next County Council meeting. This form is in Adobe Acrobat format. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, click here to download it.
