The Lowndes County Extension Office offers a variety of services including soil and water testing. We provide educational programs, information, and assistance to citizens of Lowndes County through telephone consultations, farmer/homeowner site visits, news articles, and collaboration with other agencies. Wildlife Judging
The 2025 Georgia 4-H State Wildlife Judging Contest saw the largest turnout in event history, with 170 participants from 24 counties.
