Annual Plant Sale
4H and The Pickens County Master Gardeners (MG) join in an annual plant sale. The proceeds from the plant sale fund 4 H activities and the MG projects. Our 4H programs would not exist without this project. The sale runs the month of February and delivery of the plants is in mid March. It takes everyone in both programs to have a successful sale. In recent years we have sold approximately 3000 plants annually. Our nursery partners provide very generous support for this sale. We have the reputation for having the best plants at the best prices.
We have to be sure everyone get the correct plants
Our Master Gardener web site contains all of the literature from the 2010 plant sale. Many of our varieties are sold every year as they are in high demand. The 2011 plant sale should be on the MG web site in early Jan 2011.
