General Info
Pierce County 4-H is dedicated to providing youth development opportunities to students in the 5th through 12th grade. We lead monthly club meetings in each 5th grade classroom at Blackshear Elementary, Patterson Elementary and Midway Elementary Schools. Evening meetings for both Pierce County Middle School and Pierce County High School will be held at the 4-H Office. In addition to the school programs, we offer afterschool and weekend 4-H opportunities. From afterschool classes to leadership conferences at Rock Eagle 4-H Center, we provide a diverse extracurricular program that has something for all students in Pierce County. Summer Camps
Our 4-H summer camping program offers a camping experience unparalleled in the nation. Over 8,000 children ages 9-19, accompanied by over 1,000 adult and teen leaders, annually descend on five unique 4-H centers for a week of camp that will be reflected upon for years to come. Every camp offers great adventure, friendship and fun, and all seek to develop the camper's Head, Heart, Hands and Health to make him or her a better person.
Registration for all camps begins on January 28, 2011. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is due on date of sign up. Affordable payment plans as low as $50.00 per month are available for all camps. Come by the office to sign your child up for an experience of a lifetime!
