How to join
- To join the 4-H Dog Club. you will need to complete the forms and mail it to Spalding County 4-H, P.O. Box 277, Griffin, GA 30224. There is no fee for this club. Just come and enjoy.
- The forms you will need to complete include a medical form authorizing us to seek medical care should your child be injured at a 4-H event, a code of conduct form that the 4-H and parents/guardians will need to sign stating the 4-H'er will abide by the rules listed and an enrollment card which officially enrolls them in the 4-H program. Also, an information sheet on your dog.
What if......
- Do you live in another county but are enrolled in a Spalding County School? Do you attend school in another county but that county doesn't offer a Dog Obedience program? If you answered yes to one of these questions, you are eligible to join our program. Please complete the Change in County Membership form and turn it in to the Spalding County 4-H Office with your other forms and fees.
