Spalding County 4-H Horse Club

4-H Horse Club

How to Join

To join the horse club you will need to pay an annual fee, complete the forms and turn it in at the Spalding County 4-H office located at 232 East Broad Street. Then you will be able to join us at the arena and begin.

The forms you will need to complete include a medical form authorizing us to seek medical care should your child be injured at a 4-H event, a code of conduct form that the 4-H and parents/guardians will need to sign stating the 4-H'er will abide by the rules listed, and a enrollment card which officially enrolls them in the 4-H program.

Registration Fees

Annual fee is $55 and this covers instruction and insurance from August 1 of the current year to July 31 of the following year.

We also ask that you purchase a 4-H Horse Club shirt and the cost is $20.

What If......

Do you live in another county but are enrolled in a Spalding County School? Do you attend school in another county but that county doesn't offer a Horse program? If you answered yes to one of these questions, you are eligible to join our program. Please complete the Change in County Membership form and turn it in to the Spalding County 4-H Office with your other forms and fees.
