4-H Youth Development - Project S.A.F.E.
Membership

How to Join

To join Project S.A.F.E., you will need to pay an annual activity fee of $75 per youth which is valid from August 1 of current year to July 31 of the following year, complete the enrollment form and turn it in at the Spalding County 4-H office located at 232 East Broad Street or by mail at P.O. Box 277, Griffin, GA 30224. Then you will be able to join us at the range and begin.

The forms you will need to complete include an enrollment card, a medical form authorizing us to seek medical care should your child be injured at a 4-H event, a code of conduct form that the 4-H and parents/guardians will need to sign stating the 4-H'er will abide by the rules listed, and which officially enrolls them in the 4-H program, and a SAFE Holds Harmless Waiver.

What If......

Do you live in another county but are enrolled in a Spalding County School? Do you attend school in another county but that county doesn't offer a S.A.F.E. program? If you answered yes to one of these questions, you are eligible to join our program. Please complete the Change in County Membership form and turn it in to the Spalding County
4-H Office with your other forms and fees.
