Morgan Bowen was named State Leadership In Action Winner at the 69th Annual Georgia 4-H Congress. She became a double Master when she claimed the top spot for the General Recreation Project. The General Recreation Project is sponsored by Georgia Recreation Parks Assocation, Inc.

Christopher Fraser received the Gaines Achievement Scholarship as he was named Master 4-H'er. The scholarship is sponsored by Greg and Karol Gaines.

Matthew Bowen
takes the Wildlife and Marine Sciences Master Award as he ranks top in the project at the State Competition. The project is sponsored by the Georgia 4-H Foundation. Pictured (L-R): Karol Gaines, Keri Hobbs, Matthew Bowen and Kathy Palmer.
