4-H Youth Development

Welcome to the Taylor County 4-H Web site! 4-H is a fun and educational program for youth in grades 5-12. 4-H helps youth to develop their interests and abilities to their fullest through project work, club work, special activities and events. 4-H is open to all youth regardless of race, color, sex, handicap, or national origin.

Upcoming 4-H Events

The Taylor County Livestock Show will be held @ 11 am, Saturday, February 11, 2012 at the Whitewater Creek Ranch located on 283 Parks Road, Butler, GA. Come out and support our Livestock Club Members!

Mark your calendar for 4-H Cloverleaf Camp! It will be held July 2-6, 2012 @ the Jekyll Island 4-H Center. The cost for a week of fun is only $285.00. Camp Sign Up Day is scheduled for Friday, March 2, 2012 @ the Extension Office located in the Taylor County Government Annex Building in Butler, Ga. A deposit of $85.00 is due on March 2, 2012.
