How can I join 4-H?

If you are between 9 and 19 years old and live in Walton County, you can be a member of 4-H. There are several ways you can join 4-H.

1. If you are in the fifth grade in one of the Walton County Public Schools, a 4-H leader will come to your school and you will sign up for 4-H.
2. If you are a Home Schooler, the Evergreen 4-H Club meets once a month and you are welcome to sign up at the meeting.
3. If you do not fit in one of the above groups, you can give us a call at the 4-H office or e-mail us, and we will direct you the a meeting or activity that fits your needs.
4. You can fill out the enrollment card below and mail it to us, and we will get in touch with you to explain the opportunities 4-H has to offer.

Planning to go on a 4-H acivitity? You will need to fill out a Code of Conduct and a Medical Release form.
