Volunteer Information

All adults supervising youth in Extension programming wil be screened using the process listed below.

The screening procedure is:

Completion of an application (pdf).
A check of two references listed on the application.
Application will be sent to UGA for an outside check of criminal background and sex offender registry.
Volunteer will be notified of acceptance or denial.
Accepted volunteers sign the Volunteer Agreement form (pdf).
