Volunteer Information

Screened Volunteer

All adults supervising youth in Extension programming wil be screened using the process listed below.

The screening procedure is:

  • Completion of an application (pdf).
  • A check of two references listed on the application.
  • Application will be sent to UGA for an outside check of criminal background and sex offender registry.
  • Volunteer will be notified of acceptance or denial.
  • Accepted volunteers sign the Volunteer Agreement form (pdf).
