UGA offers free resources for planting environmentally-friendly landscapes By Amanda Swennes

This spring, gardeners will spend hours picking out the perfect flowers and plants, planting them in just the right places and getting them off to a great growing start.

With just a little more effort and planning, your landscape can be a water-smart, eco-friendly habitat for birds and butterflies – and your flowerbeds can be no-nibbling zones for local deer. University of Georgia Cooperative Extension offers the following free, expert-written publications that can help guide you through the process.
