Word Templates for Preprinted Stationery
These templates should be used to print your message on purchased Extension stationery and marketing materials. The templates do not include Extension graphics since these are on your printed materials.

Download these Extension templates to use with preprinted letterhead stationery. Letterhead graphics are NOT embedded in the template. Preprinted letterhead stationery is available from the online supply room.

Click in the editable regions in the top left and right corners of the letterhead to enter your contact information.
Electronic Letterhead with Embedded Graphics
Use electronic letterhead to send official documentation via e-mail or to produce PDF's of your documents for the Web. *Electronic letterhead is not for general electronic correspondence, nor should it replace preprinted letterhead stationery for non-electronic correspondence. Letterhead graphics are embedded in the template.

PowerPoint Design Templates
Click (or shift+click) on the image and save the file as a normal PowerPoint file (.ppt) to your hard drive.
Open the .ppt file and use as you would any other PowerPoint file.
