Student Scholarships

Freshman Scholarships

The CAES Alumni Association awards scholarships to deserving students who have been accepted by UGA for study in the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences. Selection is based on students' scholastic achievements, leadership abilities and extracurricular involvement as they pertain to agricultural or environment-related areas.

• Applicants may apply using the CAES general scholarship application between December 1 and March 1.
  

Transfer Scholarships

The CAES Alumni Association awards nonrenewable scholarships to the most outstanding transfer students from two- and four-year colleges who will be enrolling full time at CAES. Selection is based on students' abilities to make significant contributions to the academic and cocurricular campus environment.

• Applicants may apply using the CAES general scholarship application between December 1 and March 1.

CAES Alumni Association East Georgia Chapter Scholarship

The CAES Alumni Association East Georgia Chapter awards a scholarship to an outstanding student from the East Georgia Chapter area who is, or will be, enrolling full time at CAES. Selection is based on students' scholastic achievements, leadership abilities and extracurricular involvement as they pertain to agricultural or environment-related areas.

• Counties in the East Georgia Chapter area include: Bulloch, Burke, Bryan, Candler, Effingham, Emanuel, Evans, Jefferson, Jenkins, Screven, Tattnall, Toombs and Treutlen.
  
• Applicants may apply using the CAES general scholarship application between December 1 and March 1.
