Walk Georgia

Walk Georgia is a web-based program offered at no cost to all Georgians.  Participants register for Walk Georgia through the website, www.WalkGeorgia.org and track their physical activity data online. When you register for this free Chatham County Extension program you will also gain access to a weekly wellness newsletter with fast and nutritious recipes to make healthy lifestyle choices. 

 

Small Farm Business Planning: Sustainabiltiy Includes Profitability

This workshop covers important tools and resources a farm business needs to establish a solid foundation during the formative years. Participants will learn business basics such as defining target markets, record-keeping, understanding cash flow and the importance of a business plan.
