Walk Georgia

Walk Georgia is a web-based program offered at no cost to all Georgians.  Participants register for Walk Georgia through the website, and track their physical activity data online. When you register for this free Chatham County Extension program you will also gain access to a weekly wellness newsletter with fast and nutritious recipes to make healthy lifestyle choices. 

Steps on the Path to Home Ownership

There are many steps along the pathway to home ownership.  You will be introduced to the six principles to help turn a dream of home ownership into a reality.  Setting goals, evaluating credit reports, developing a budget, determining your saving habits, exploring options and shopping for a home will be discussed. Participants are required to attend both sessions to receive Homebuyer Education Certificate.
