The outlook for Georgia's farmers and an update on food safety will be discussed at the Georgia Ag Forecast, a University of Georgia College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences program, made possible by Georgia Farm Bureau.
The Georgia Ag Forecast will be in towns across Georgia January 25th – 29th. Locations are as follows: Rome, Jan. 25, Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites; Jan. 26, Gainesville, Georgia Mountain Center; Jan. 27, Statesboro, Nesmith-Lane Center; Jan. 28, Tifton, UGA Tifton Campus Conference Center; and Jan. 29, Macon, Georgia Farm Bureau Building.
All media are invited to attend the breakfast meeting free of charge. However, registration is required. Indicate media outlet you will be representing on the form and leave the payment section blank. All registration forms must be received prior to January 22, 2010 for space to be assured.
