D.W. Brooks Lecture and Awards
2014 Lecture and Reception
The 2014 D.W. Brooks Lecture is scheduled for Tuesday, November 4 at 11:00 a.m. in the Mahler Auditorium, UGA Hotel and Conference Center, Athens, Ga. Prior to the lecture, a reception will be held in the Hill Atrium beginning at 10:00 a.m.
The lecture and reception are free to attend. All UGA faculty, staff and students are invited.
This year's speaker is Ambassador Kenneth M. Quinn, president of the World Food Prize Foundation and former U.S. Ambassador to the Kingdom of Cambodia.
2013 Award Winners
The D.W. Brooks award winners for 2013 were announced by J. Scott Angle, Dean and Director of the UGA College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences.
The 2013 D.W.
