Summary

Zoysiagrasses are warm-season turfgrasses that are becoming more popular throughout Georgia and the southeastern United States. Like all warm-season turfgrasses, zoysiagrass is green in summer and brown or dormant in winter. An established, well-maintained zoysiagrass will make a very dense and attractive lawn. This publication discusses zoysiagrass lawns.
