Food Science & Technology

Our mission is to disseminate science-based knowledge of food through student education; to seek, verify, and apply information related to food science; and to communicate through professional, scientific, and public outreach programs.

 

Prospective graduate students, please note:

We are no longer accepting M.S. and Ph.D. applications for admission in the Fall 2012 semester.

We will continue to accept applications for the M.F.T. program. Please be advised, however, that the M.F.T. program is a part-time, non-thesis degree program and as such is not open to international students or any student seeking financial support via a graduate assistantship.
