The mission of the Agricultural and Environmental Services Laboratories (AESL) is to provide objective analytical services to agricultural producers, consumers, and agribusinesses.
51 acres of historic plants, ornamental gardens, lakes, early 20th-century buildings and modern pick-your-own berry fields. Once a USDA plant introduction station, today it's becoming a comprehensive botanical garden.
The Georgia Structural Pest Control Training Facility at the UGA Griffin Campus trains and educates pest management professionals, regulatory inspectors, and UGA Extension personnel on the biology and management of pests in the home, business and school environments.
Located in Toombs County, this center provides research on Vidalia onions, where 6 to 7 acres of research plots have been devoted to this crop every year.
