Occupation: Vocational agriculture teacher; state supervisor of agricultural education for Southwest Georgia; state supervisor of Agricultural Education; and state director of secondary school vocational programs for Georgia.
Accomplishments: Mr. Branch served on the national boards of Directors and Trustees of the Future Farmers of America and was a consultant to the Governor's Committee for Employment of the Handicapped. He was an officer of the Tift County Chamber of Commerce and a Life Member in the Georgia Vocational Association and the American Vocational Association. He was named to Phi Kappa Phi, AGHON, Alpha Zeta, Gridiron and Gamma Sigma Delta. After his death, he was voted the Distinguished Service Award by the Tifton-Tift County Chamber of Commerce. The student center at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College was named in his honor.
