The University of Georgia College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (CAES) believes partnerships between the university and industry are vital to our mission. Through our Signature Events Sponsorship Program, we offer tailored engagement opportunities based on your organization's interests and needs. Through this collaboration, industry partners provide financial support that benefits students, researchers, and communities around the world.

NOTE: All Signature Lectures are free and open to the public. Requests for accommodations should be made as soon as possible, but at least seven days before the scheduled lecture.

Signature Events

Ag Dawg Kickoff
Ag Dawg Kickoff is held annually to welcome students, faculty and staff to a new semester. Attendees are provided with food, musical entertainment and student club exhibits to discover ways to get involved with activities in CAES.
D.W. Brooks Lecture and Awards
The D.W. Brooks Lecture and Awards is an event held each fall to emphasize improvements in agriculture and honor CAES faculty.
Flavor of Georgia
Flavor of Georgia is a food product contest celebrating all of the flavors Georgia has to offer. Judging is held in March of each year in Athens.
Georgia Ag Forecast
Georgia Ag Forecast is an annual seminar series committed to sharing the latest research and information to help Georgia farmers and agribusinesses. UGA economists give an outlook of agricultural markets for the coming year.
UGA CAES Alumni Association Awards
The CAES Alumni Association recognizes success among alumni through their annual Alumni Awards event.
