Internships & Jobs

An internship is a great way to grow your professional network, gain real world experience and build your resume.

Check Handshake, UGA’s database of internships, for an opportunity that’s right for you. You should also check with your department and advisor for internships in your specific field of study. Attend the UGA Food, Agricultural, Environmental and Sciences Career and Internship Fair on November 8th from noon-3 p.m. at the Tate Student Center, Grand Hall.

In order to fulfill the experiential learning requirement with an internship you must:

  • Participate in one of the CAES sponsored internships (Congressional Ag Fellows, Georgia Legislative Internship, Winegrowers of Georgia Internship and UGA Extension Internship)
  • Secure an internship with a company and enroll in your departmental internship course
