LEAD21 - A National Leadership Program

LEAD21 was created to develop leaders within the land grant university system to have a better understanding of how to work collaboratively and effectively within and outside of their institution. Class VIII of LEAD21 has 83 participants from institutions within the land grant system (1862s, 1890s, 1994s, and USDA/NIFA), including five faculty from UGA. Participants have gained a better understanding of themselves and how they can become better, more effective leaders within their home institutions and in future leadership roles within the land grant university system as a whole.
