Photos
The Grad Team will be the official photographers for this May’s Convocation for CAES. We ask that you pre-register in April so that we have your most recent and preferred contact information. This allows us to provide you with a link to your images in the fastest possible manner following your ceremony. You can also upload a selfie image to better ensure we identify your images correctly from the hundreds that will be taken at the ceremonies.
Diplomas
It is the student’s responsibility to apply for graduation and to ensure that the correct address is on file with the Office of the Registrar. Diplomas are typically mailed within 8 to 10 weeks after the official graduation date.
